Delete your ApprUmp account

How to request deletion

1. In the ApprUmp mobile app, open Settings → Delete Account.
2. Confirm your password and submit the deletion request.

You can also request account deletion without signing in: email privacy@tekhnelysi.com from your registered email address and ask to delete your ApprUmp account. Do not include your password.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You can delete individual appraisals, contacts, files and invoices through ApprUmp without deleting your account.

What is deleted and what is kept

Under our Privacy Policy, your personal data and appraisal records are permanently deleted from the database within 30 days of account deletion, and your files are permanently deleted from cloud storage within 30 days.

Backups are rotated on a fixed schedule: daily backups are kept for 30 days and one backup per month for 12 months, after which any copy of your data they contain is overwritten. Data required by law, legal proceedings or regulatory requirements may be retained beyond the normal period.
