How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and follow the link in the reset email.
How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings → Team Members → Send Invitation. Enter their email address and select their role permissions.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days. Contact support if you need to cancel a pending request.
How does AI email processing work?
When enabled, AI reads forwarded email text to extract dates, contacts, and case details. It does not read attachments. You can disable it anytime in Settings → AI Processing.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription & Billing → Manage Subscription to update your plan, payment method, or cancel.
